Structured, actionable and clear.

WHAT

A future-proof brand strategy including target group definition, brand essence and implementation ideas is created in dialogue.

The end result is a brand one-pager including positioning paper.

HOW

After a briefing and on the basis of my 5x5 marketing question catalogue, as well as target group research and trend mapping, we develop the basis for the brand strategy using several tried and tested methods in a workshop format. I then refine these with joint feedback loops.

HOW LONG

A workshop lasts four hours. If we decide on focus topics or deep dives together, this can vary.

The strategy process through to the finished positioning paper takes four to eight weeks, depending on availability and scope. 

WHO

Every brand has experts - so I recommend bringing all relevant stakeholders and decision-makers to the table. Workshops with 2-6 participants work ideally.

WHY

In the hustle and bustle of everyday life, a clear and future-oriented strategy is needed to have a good basis for future communication decisions.
